On Saturday, November 14, 2015, WVSSAR President Steve Hart presented two SAR awards to Kanawha Valley DAR Chapter Regent April Williams Gardner at the Kanawha Valley Chapter DAR meeting held at the Sleepy Hollow Country Club located in Hurricane WV.
The Daniel Boone Chapter WVSSAR awarded her the Bronze Good Citizenship Medal and WVSSAR President Steve Hart, on behalf of the WVSSAR, awarded her the Martha Washington Medal. WVSSAR President Steve Hart presented both awards to Kanawha Valley DAR Chapter Regent April Williams Gardner.
