WVSSAR Eagle Scout Committee chairman Ted Cox requests all Eagle Scout Scholarship Applications should be submitted to him by December 18, 2015; he also requests that the Eagle Scout Scholarship applicants should only be residents of West Virginia. A Visit to NSSAR Headquarters
