1) At 7:30pm, Tu-Endie-Wei State Park, the play “Maid of the Mist” and speakers commemorating the Battle of Point Pleasant.
Saturday, October 3, 2015
1) The Battle Days Parade will commence at 11:00am on Main Street at 10th Street.
2) Colonial Governor’s Reception 6pm until 8pm at the American Legion Post 23, 100 Second Street. Colonial attire encouraged but not required. Reservations required, the cost is $20.00 per person.
3) Colonial Ball, 8pm until 10pm at the American Legion Post 23, 100 Second Street. Colonial attire encouraged but not required. This event is free.
Sunday, October 4, 2015
1) Early Colonial Church Services 10am at Point Pleasant Tu-Endie-Wei State Park.
2) Luncheon 12:30pm for Compatriots and their ladies at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 615 Viand Street. Reservations required, the cost is $25.00 per person.
3) Memorial Service and Wreath-Laying Ceremony 2pm at Point Pleasant Tu-Endie-Wei State Park. Guest speaker is Compatriot Thomas E. Lawrence, President General of the National Society, Sons of the American Revolution.
Reservations are required for the Colonial Governor’s Reception on Saturday, October 3, 2015 and for the Luncheon on Sunday, October 4, 2015. Reservation deadline is September 26, 2015.
